The Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre (SVCC), Embassy of India, Bangkok, conducted a vibrant Yoga Session as a precursor event to the International Day of Yoga 2025 at Modern International School Bangkok (MISB) on the morning of Wednesday, 28 May 2025.
The session was led by SVCC Yoga Teacher Mr. Rahul Autade, who introduced the participating students to key yoga postures and breathing techniques that promote physical and mental well-being.
A total of 50 students from MISB actively participated in the session, embracing the principles of harmony, focus, and wellness that yoga encourages.
This initiative is part of a series of outreach events being held across Thailand leading up to the 11th International Day of Yoga, which will be celebrated on 21 June 2025 at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok.
Organized under the aegis of the Embassy of India, Bangkok, these sessions aim to spread awareness about the benefits of yoga and strengthen cultural ties between India and Thailand.
